To enable a power portal page including a form to be embedded into another page, you need to:

1) go to Portal Management -> Portals -> Site Settings
2) Set the parameter http/X-Frame-Options

SAMEORIGIN (Default)
ALLOW-FROM [URL] e.g. www.yourdomain.com
